Official Reunion Schedule

Here is the full reunion schedule.  Find the "Can't Miss" events and highlight those times.  Here's a helpful hint, start drawing a circle at the Friday 1pm time-frame. Then continue your circle so the you capture everything down to the Sunday at 1pm time frame. Verify that you have all events circled in-between to complete your circle.  Those are the ones you don't want to miss.  :-)

What should you bring to the Behunin Reunion?

Pot Luck item for Saturday.
  • If you've made an item to share with us, and if you've stayed the night - be careful of items that may spoil. Please keep the food in a cool and dry (preferable in a fridge or ice-cooler).
  •  If you have a specialty, please bring it and show off your special skill!
Auction Item
  • Please don't bring small "Grab Bag" type items. They take too long to auction for the small income they might bring in. If you still want to bring items that might fit this description, please package them as a collection or a package that contains several that go together we can auction the package of them instead.
  • We really like your hand created items, but any donation you bring is fine.
Cash
  • There's a two dollar per person cover change this year that covers all three days. What a bargain considering that helps pay for the camp ground rental and lodge for the weekend!
  • You will also want cash to pay for tube rentals, family portraits, and auction items.
  • We've unfortunately had some cases where people didn't pay for their auction items so payment is now expected by the end of the auction. Items unpaid for will be put back up for auction so that it remains fair for all.
  • If you are playing in the Texas Hold'em tournament - the fee is $30.00. We don't operate on credit here - after-all, we are the Behunin clan.  Think about it.
  • As tradition - we will have a "Cuss Bucket" on hand for cash penalties for using coarse language. If you're like me, it might be wise to just throw a few bucks in there as pre-payment for the weekend to avoid the hassle of always digging through your pocket for change.

If you are spending the night or river tubing.
  • Flashlight
  • Bug Spray
  • Sun tan lotion (sunscreen)
  • Warm clothes (sweater or light jacket)
  • Expect and occasional scattered shower. We are in the monsoon season.
  • Drinking water. The camp is under water restrictions currently. Washing and drinking the water is highly discouraged until the officials declare it safe for drinking again (The toilets will work just fine).
  •  Towels if you will be in the river.
